Warranty/Guarantee

All sales are final.

CowPocket products are guaranteed for life. If something breaks, we'll repair it if we can, replace it if we can't. The only exception is negligence - our lifetime warranty does not cover animals using the product as a chew toy, trying to clean it in the washing machine, forgetfulness, etc.

Do note, because every device screen is calibrated differently, exact color cannot be guaranteed. Products are represented through both images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Leather is a natural material and all products are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece.
